Current Students - Enrollment
Enrollment Information
The Office of Student Affairs at the College of Nursing processes enrollments for our nursing students. Enrollment can not be completed online. An enrollment form must be completed unless directed otherwise.
Before you can enroll at the OUHSC College of Nursing, you must first be admitted into one of our programs.
- Oklahoma City Office - processes all enrollments for the Oklahoma City campus, OCCC campus, distant site locations, and the San Diego campus.

- Lawton Office - processes all enrollments for the Lawton and Duncan campuses.
Undergraduate - Traditional and ABSN Students
If you are a continuing student with the college, you will be automatically enrolled and therefore will not need to complete an enrollment form.
If you are new student enrolling for the first time, you will receive an enrollment form at the mandatory orientation which is scheduled before the semester begins.
Undergraduate – Career Mobility Students
An enrollment form must be completed before you can be enrolled.
Graduate / Professional / Doctoral
An enrollment form must be completed before you can be enrolled.
Enrollment Holds
There are times when an enrollment will not be processed due to an enrollment hold. Please click on the link below for more information regarding enrollment holds.
