Foundation of the National Student Nurses' Association

This is not a College of Nursing scholarship. This scholarship is awarded through the FNSNA. It is posted here for your reference.

The FNSNA was created in 1969 to honor Frances Tompkins, the Association's first Executive Director. Organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, FNSNA awards scholarships to qualified nursing students annually.

Undergraduate students who are pursuing their first degree in nursing may easily obtain information or download an application by visiting www.nsna.org - click on Foundation/Scholarships (located on the left hand side). Awards range from $1000 to $5000. Completed applications for 2008 - 2009 were to be be received by the FNSNA by Friday, January 16, 2009. Winners will be notified in March 2009.
