International Case Management Program

The International Case Management Training Program (CMTP) assists individuals and institutions with the establishment of and enhancement of case management services.

Process

The International Case Management Training Program (ICMTP) consultants meet with institutional representatives to develop a detailed schedule of assessment activities. Based on the assessment findings, program training educational activities are planned and implemented. Systematic evaluation of the program results are provided to the organization upon completion of the program. Below is a breakdown of the three phases:

Phase 1 - Assessment
Phase 2 - Implementation/Education
Phase 3 - Evaluation
