Target Learning Objectives

1. Define EBP and distinguish it from research or research utilization
2. Describe the research process and its relationship to EBP
3. Systematically describe the components and process of
   conducting EBP
4. Formulate a PICO question for a given scenario
5. Implement the steps of a literature search for evidence
   to answer the PICO question.
6. Describe the implementation of EBP considering barriers and methods for success
7. Gain the knowledge and skills needed to implement
8. EBP into nursing practice

Cost of the Course/Time to Complete

Cost is $55(US) per individual/2 weeks to complete this self-paced, interactive course..

An annual licensing agreement is available for health care agencies or a schools of nursing that wish to use the interactive tutorial for a large group. Preview of the tutorial is available for agencies considering a licensing option.  The tutorial can be customized for your agency for an additional cost.
