Undergraduate - LPN to BSN

The BSN (LPN to BSN track) prepares the individual for generalist nursing practice. Graduates of the program receive the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and are academically eligible to take the National Council Licensing Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) to become a registered nurse.

  • The University of Oklahoma College of Nursing - multiple sites statewide.
  • 9 months of full-time study for completion. Enroll in August and graduate in May!!! Full-time/part-time schedules available at all sites.
  • Classes offered three to four Saturdays per semester and via the Internet.
  • Flexible scheduling of clinical experiences often in the student's local community or place of employment, if appropriate.
  • Personal attention from a wide variety of highly qualified, experienced master teachers with master and doctoral degrees.
  • Credit for 30 hours of upper division nursing course work applied following completion of three National League for Nursing examinations prior to entrance and after completing 12 hours of the nursing curriculum at OU.
